Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance with a full refund. There are no refunds for appointments booked the same day. You may reschedule for a later date or time within 90 minutes of your appointment.

No Shows

If the LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) shows up at the location, and the client is not there within 15 minutes of the specified time, then the massage does not have to be performed, and the LMT has the right to charge the client in FULL using the credit card on file with ProMassageNow.com. If the LMT does not show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the client has the right to refuse services (with full refund) or receive an additional 15 minutes massage time. On demand sessions do not apply.
